The Center for Training and Professional Development (The Training
Center) offers many services that assist campus units and community
organizations in moving toward their goals as well as working with
individuals to reach their full potential. Partnering with a cadre of
seasoned consultants, The Training Center delivers expertise and
experience to each Customized Business Service's (CBS) program.
Strategic Planning
Strategic planning needs are numerous and varied. They can include
creating a mission statement, fine-tuning organizational goals, or
achieving consensus on priorities for the upcoming year. From initial
planning, to conducting meetings and retreats, to follow-up evaluations
and activities, The Training Center has proven facilitators with tools
and techniques to make the strategic planning process a success.
