The Center for Training and Professional Development (The Training
Center) offers many services that assist campus units and community
organizations in moving toward their goals as well as working with
individuals to reach their full potential. Partnering with a cadre of
seasoned consultants, The Training Center delivers expertise and
experience to each Customized Business Service's (CBS) program.
Process Improvement
Successful organizations constantly critique their work processes. Our
experts lend an unbiased eye and offer suggestions to streamline work
flow and increase employee productivity. Job shadowing/analysis,
electronic surveys, and one-on-one interviews are a few resources used
to evaluate work processes.
