The Center for Training and Professional Development (The Training
Center) offers many services that assist campus units and community
organizations in moving toward their goals as well as working with
individuals to reach their full potential. Partnering with a cadre of
seasoned consultants, The Training Center delivers expertise and
experience to each Customized Business Service's (CBS) program.
Organizational Development
Organizations must adjust and realign to external and internal change.
The Training Center specializes in assisting organizations with
assessments, consultation, coaching, and many other tools to provide
direction and keep organizations healthy and moving forward.
