The Center for Training and Professional Development (The Training Center) offers many services that assist campus units and community organizations in moving toward their goals as well as working with individuals to reach their full potential. Partnering with a cadre of seasoned consultants, The Training Center delivers expertise and experience to each Customized Business Service's (CBS) program.

Individual Coaching
The Center for Training and Professional Development provides coaching at all employee levels. There is a myriad of goals for the coaching experience from improving individual productivity to guiding leaders through change to career planning. Coaches are matched to the individual and all conversations are confidential. Individuals can meet with coaches face-to-face, on the phone, email, or a combination.
