The Center for Training and Professional Development (The Training
Center) offers many services that assist campus units and community
organizations in moving toward their goals as well as working with
individuals to reach their full potential. Partnering with a cadre of
seasoned consultants, The Training Center delivers expertise and
experience to each Customized Business Service's (CBS) program.
Climate Surveys and Needs Assessments
When workplace challenges result in low productivity and morale; when
change is continuous and confusing; and especially when staff is
leaving the organization, The Training Center can gather feedback in a
confidential manner to target what the issues are and make
recommendations for next steps. Climate surveys can include electronic
surveys; focus groups; one-on-one interviews; as well as other methods
of gathering feedback.
