Elizabeth Simpson
Elizabeth has done interpersonal and intra-group consulting since 1995. She brings her experience as a teacher, artist, and organizer to her work with business, non-profit, community, and educational organizations.

Familiar with the Multiple Intelligence approach to learning, Elizabeth employs a variety of techniques to authentically engage those she works with, leaving participants inspired and more confident in themselves. She has assisted groups with both acute and latent conflicts; retreats; visioning; board trainings; hierarchy and rank abuse (bullying); increasing team effectiveness (cooperacy); and provided innumerable mediation and facilitation skills trainings.

Elizabeth also serves as Peer Mediation Program Coordinator at Urbana Middle School, teaches dialog courses on race and ethnicity at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and presents regularly at national conferences.
