Strategy for the global consulting firm, Accenture. He is an expert at
connecting organizational and individual development strategy and
implementation. Brad's areas of concentration include executive level
leadership development, workforce development and productivity
improvement, process redesign, and training and development in
communication, innovation/creativity/critical thinking, and data
analytics. Brad received his M.S. in Computer Science from Northwestern
University and his M.A. from the University of Illinois in
