through retirement.James W. Finn, Ph.D. and Paula S. Finn, Ph.D. are industrial and organizational psychologists. The Finns received their doctorates in organizational psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. They have had a presence in the Central Illinois business community for more than thirty years. They maintain active memberships in the American Psychological Association (APA) and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychologists (SIOP).
