Cathy
has extensive experience in the field of education with a focus on
leadership development and performance improvement. Her other areas of
expertise include strategic planning, performance analysis,
instructional design, and classroom facilitation in management skills,
leadership development, and process improvement.Currently, Cathy is the Manager of Entrepreneurship Education for the Hamilton County Alliance, the local economic development organization. She also is a senior faculty member for the Keller Graduate School of Management—teaching graduate level classes for the Indianapolis, IN Campus. She has completed the "Association for Quality and Participation's Facilitator Training"—mastering state-of-the-art tools and techniques to successfully facilitate groups focused on process improvement.
