After
graduating with a B.A in Psychology from Quincy College (Quincy IL),
Laura began her career in higher education working in both housing and
administration. She received a Masters degree in Human Service
Counseling at Illinois State University and continued her work in
higher education as an Associate Dean of Students for a small private
Midwest university.Laura left higher education to pursue a career in corporate America. She worked as an employment specialist, training specialist, and became a Corporate Training Manager for a large Midwest manufacturing company. Laura, through her consulting firm, has worked with The Center for Training and Professional Development for over 15 years facilitating workshops, tailored programs, retreats, and consulting organizations through the strategic planning process.
