To register click on the course title above

Professional emails can and should have style and etiquette. Discover the impact written "tone" has on a message, format emails for ease of reading, understand email protocol, use email functions properly, and create ways to document email correspondence. This program will be in a computer lab so participants can practice writing effective emails while they learn.

Who Should Attend?
Anyone interested in learning more about professional emails.

Why Attend?
Unprofessional emails are a common challenge supervisors and managers voice about their staff. Keep your professionalism and job performance at the highest levels by avoiding those "email-induced" challenges.
