Managing Change and Transition
To register click on the course title above

There are three questions staff want to know during change and transition:

1. What is change?

2. What will be different because of the change?

3. Who's going to lose what?

Using a nationally known transition model, managers and supervisors learn practical, “ready to go” strategies to answer those questions and lead staff from endings to new beginnings.

Who Should Attend?
Anyone interested in learning more about change and transition.

Why Attend?
Research shows that staff spends 3.5 hours (out of 8) talking, socializing, and dealing with personal issues during change and transition. Can you afford to have your staff devote this much unproductive time during a change? Need more reasons to attend?
