To register click on the course title above

Based, in part, on the national bestseller Handling Difficult ConfrontationsTools for Resolving Broken Promises, Violating Expectations, and Bad Behavior, you’ll be introduced to an easy-to-use process and effective tools that can give you confidence in confronting challenging situations. These tools help you address issues and resolve them in a way that enhances accountability and improves performance.

During the workshop, you’ll practice typical workplace situations using an easy-to-use process, tools, and techniques:

  • A co-worker is upset at you for no apparent reason
  • As a manager, you have an employee who has not completed work according to standards you both had agreed upon
  • Your boss consistently puts down and dismisses your ideas or suggestions
  • As a manager, one of your employees lacks attention to detail. Her mistakes are not enough to warrant disciplinary action but you always worry about her work
  • During a performance review, your employee stands up and says, “I want to speak to the department head now!”
