Face-to-Face: Handling Difficult Conversations (1-day workshop)
To register click on the course title above

Based on concepts from the New York Times best-seller Crucial Conversations: Tools for Talking When Stakes are High, as well as other resources, you have the opportunity to increase your confidence in successfully conducting conversations where opinions vary, the stakes are high, and emotions run strong.

In some cases you can prepare for a difficult conversation, while other conversations start out cordial and take a negative turn. Caught off guard, you could damage relationships beyond repair. Participants learn the knowledge and skills to handle those types of difficult conversations—planned and impromptu.
