You are likely a great supervisor or manager of individuals, but you must also be an effective t
eam leader—fostering collaboration and partnership as you lead your team toward success. To make that change, the program will use The New York Times Best-Seller, Overcoming the Five Dysfunctions of a Team as a primary resource. The program’s focus is on the criteria they believe ensures a successful team: 1) Building Trust, 2) Addressing Conflict, 3) Gaining Commitment, 4) Instilling Accountability, and 5) Getting Results.

Who Should Attend?

Supervisors, managers, and administrators interested in improving their knowledge and skills as well as those that aspire to a management role.

Why Attend?

  • Change your role from manager/supervisor to team leader—bringing  immediate impact on goal attainment; shared rewards and recognitions; and a healthier work environment
  • Use your emerging role as a team leader to demonstrate your ability to take on more challenges that will broaden your professional scope and value
