Supervising 101 (a 3-day certificate program)

Targeted to supervisors and managers at all levels, Supervising 101 is a 3-day certificate program identifying: 1) your leadership traits, 2) the steps in creating a positive work environment, and 3) strategies to get the best performance from your staff. You will complete the DiSC Personal Profile System assessment to recognize inherent supervisory strengths and areas of improvement as well as how your predominant style impacts others you manage and interact with. The program is built around the Performance Management Process—Planning, Coaching, and Review.

Who Should Attend?

Supervisors, managers, and administrators interested in improving their knowledge and skills as well as those that aspire to a management role.
